Late Reservations Studios is a chef-led studio built around one idea: a meal should feel like it was made for this room, these people, this night — and nobody else.
We design and cook bespoke private events and provide ongoing household chef service across New York and the tri-state. Private dinners. Milestone celebrations. Brand activations and launch nights. Recurring weekly service for families who'd rather eat well than think about it.
Every menu is built from scratch around your space, your guests, and how you actually want the night to feel. We handle sourcing, prep, service, and cleanup. You handle the guest list.

Meet the Founder
Chef Theodore "Theo" Coleman II is a James Beard Fellow out of the Bronx, trained under Floyd Cardoz and Alex Stupak, with opening teams at Marta and Mischa behind him and a 21-win competition record.
He cooks the way he was taught: nothing pretentious, nothing wasted, everything on the plate there for a reason. Twenty years of fine dining rooms, now spent on private tables where the food gets to matter more than the room.
